ACCOUNT DELETION
Delete your account and app data.
Ask Uncle Winston customers can permanently delete their account from the app or request deletion by email if the app is no longer available.
Delete your account in the app
Sign in, open Account, select Delete account, and confirm the warning. The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address linked to your account. Include the account email address and your full name so we can verify the request. Never include your password, PIN or verification code.

Deletion covers your app account, profile, requests, request history, quotations, payment-verification records, supporting files, receipts and delivered files associated with the account. Related correspondence sent through email, telephone or WhatsApp is handled separately; mention it in your request if you also want that correspondence deleted.
What may be retained
Limited information may remain temporarily in protected backups or security logs until routine expiry, or be retained where required for security, dispute resolution or a legal obligation. Any retained information will not be used for advertising.
